- As per our established policy, it is the responsibility of the customer to make a payment of 50% of the total amount in advance at the time of booking. The remaining 50% payment is due at the time of commencing the services. The customer is expected to ensure timely payment of the balance amount., Additionally, kindly note that we will need a copy of your National Identity Card or Passport to proceed with your booking
- Your booking will only be considered confirmed once the advance payment has been received.
- It is highly recommended that the customer has the responsibility of returning the vehicle with a full tank to our base station. This means that the fuel level should be at the same level as when the rental began.
- Salman Tours exclusively provides chauffeur-driven vehicle rental services. It must be emphasized that the customer is strictly prohibited from driving the vehicle under any circumstances.
- The customer is not allowed to carry more passengers than the registered capacity of the vehicle.
- We want to make it crystal clear that any illegal activity involving the rental vehicle is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated under any circumstances. It is the responsibility of our customers to use the rental vehicle for legitimate purposes only.
- It's important to note that the rental period for our vehicles ends strictly at midnight (12:00 AM). If you rent a car at 7:00 AM for 24 hours, the vehicle must be returned to the rental location by midnight the same day. Any late returns will result in additional charges.
- There will be additional charges of 2000 Rupees per hour for the first three hours of late return. After three hours, half-day charges will be applicable and will have to be paid by the customer. It is important to return the rental on time to avoid any extra charges.
- in case of a cancellation of a booking, if you cancel your reservation 7 days prior to the booking date, 30% of the full amount will be deducted. However, if you cancel the reservation in less than 3 days, the 50% (Advance Payment) will not be returned to you.
- If you've already paid the full amount for your reservation, you may be able to switch to different dates, but unfortunately, you may not be eligible for a full refund.it's always a good practice to inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make any changes to your reservation.
